Wij als bewoners van de Willem Hubertstraat zijn het zat! Wij hebben recht op woongenot maar dit is totaal verstoord door de woongroep van Cello. Geschreeuw, gebonk. Huilen, overlastgeluiden. Het houdt niet op! Wij hebben recht op normaal wonen!
