Rotterdam has a serious student housing shortage and we (ROOD/SP) want to push local government to solve this problem.

establish that:
that there is a shortage of about 4800 student housing units in Rotterdam and that without immediate action this will only get worse
and request
Local government to facilitate the building of 4800 affordable student housing units in co-operation with investors, housing associations and universities to solve our student housing crisis.
