Maak Amsterdam geschikt voor schone en stille luchtvaart

An Airlander is a hybride airship as a combination between a balloon and a drone. Using helium it overcomes gravity. Four propellers push the thing with a speed of 120km/h forward and control it. It can land with 100 passengers on top of a modified train station.

residents near Schiphol

 

establish that:

  • aviation is currently polluting and noisy.
  • 100 flights Amsterdam-London are flown on a daily basis.
  • a quiet and clean hybrid balloon drone for 100 passengers will be on the market after 2028.
  • the 360 kilometers to London can be flown within 3 hours with it.
  • the shortcomings of 'zeppelins' have disappeared with modern technology.
  • Amsterdam needs to create a landing area on top a station or on the IJ waterfront.
  • the Passengers terminal will not process any more cruiseships in the future.

 

and request

a study into facilitating this kind of aviation from Amsterdam, bypassing Schiphol.
