and request
draft a declaration in the 24 official languages of the European Union saying that the Dutch government is always open to criticism from all over the world
publish this declaration in the biggest publication in each European member state and offer it is a memorandum to the governments of all EU member states or with a diplomatic representative in the Netherlands
offer an annual report to parliament to debate at the start of each calendar year with the predominant criticisms to the Netherlands and government policy, both domestic and from abroad.
