De overheid gaat daar niet over. Als de markt niet vrij genoeg is dan kunt u natuurlijk wel in een petitie vragen de marktwerking te verbeteren.

This morning Elliot came out with a shocking statement saying that Obreen consulting will be closing its doors due to a non-compete clause in the contract he concluded with his new employer.
We feel that Elliot and Morgan Green (his new employer) have not thought through the consequences of this rash decision. Obreen consulting and Morgan Green are in no way competitors and should be able to coexist in a peaceful manner.

The importance of Obreen consulting for future generations cannot be overstated. We feel that Elliot and the representatives of Morgan Green may have thought too lightly about including the non-compete in Elliot's contract.
On behalf of future generations of students and the BV Nederland we kindly request both parties to revise their decision that made an end to the success story that Obreen consulting has been.
