Vraag de Tweede Kamer om een tijdelijke regeling die het Nederlanderschap herstelt voor afstammelingen van Nederlanders die hun nationaliteit verloren door oude emigratie- en nationaliteitswetten. Dit corrigeert historisch onrecht en versterkt de band met de Nederlandse diaspora.

Dutch citizens, diaspora descendants, and all who support fair nationality restoration.
establish that:
- notably, after WWII, the Netherlands actively encouraged emigration.
- due to the laws of the time, many emigrants unintentionally lost their Dutch citizenship, often because of limited consular access or unclear rules.
- their descendants remain excluded today.
- many of whom still speak Dutch, maintain cultural traditions, and visit family in the Netherlands.
- a temporary and accessible option procedure could restore this under clear and fair conditions.
and request
to create a temporary procedure restoring Dutch citizenship to descendants of Dutch nationals who lost it due to previous outdated emigration and nationality laws to correct historical injustice and to strengthen the bond with the Dutch diaspora worldwide.
