Dubai is populair bij Nederlanders die het vreselijk vinden om zoiets als inkomstenbelasting te betalen. Een dergelijke belasting bestaat daar niet dus vluchten ze erheen. Nederlanders het betalen van belasting in Nederland te ontvluchten door zich in Dubai en dergelijke oorden te vestigen.
and request
een 'verlengde belastingplicht', trailing tax voor dergelijke vluchtelingen.
