establish that:
- er niet gecontroleerd wordt bij het kind in een pleeggezin.
- bij misbruik het een dubbele straf is voor het kind: trauma op trauma.
and request
organiseer dat wekelijks met het pleegkind gepraat wordt op school, waar de pleegouders niet bij zijn.
