It has been an impossible mission to at least get an appointment for a visa application on the website of VFS Global Egypt and there is no indication of the probability of getting an appointment in the near future.
This petition is set for everyone who use and suffer from the unprofessional website of VFS Egypt.
The VFS website is not working, it is impossible to schedule an appointment for visa applications, and customer service throw the blame the on either the device, browser or internet connection. It is obvious that the website is not user friendly, the options do not work, and if by a miracle it does it displays “error” without any explanation. It is like rolling a dice to get an appointment. Unacceptable!
We demand that the Embassy reevaluate the company ‘VFS Global Egypt’ and find out why the website is not working smoothly to meet its customers needs, the website needs to be maintained and updated.
