CIDI heeft aangifte gedaan tegen het Instagram kanaal CestMocro/CestMocroTV. Hierbij lopen de Instagram-accounts het risico om vervolgd te worden. CestmocroTV moet weer terug komen op Instagram.

Volgers van CestMocro en CestMocroTV en eventuele andere instagram-gebruikers.
establish that:
- Dat het Instagram account CestMocroTv is verwijderd.
- Dat CIDI aangifte heeft gedaan tegen het instagram-account CestMocroTV met als doel het account offline te halen.
- Cestmocro(tv) heeft nooit aangespoord tot jodenhaat en de posts zijn niet in strijd met de openbare orde.
- De uitingen van instagram gebruikers in de comments hangt niet samen met de eigenaar en spoort niet aan tot jodenhaat.

- Dat CestMocro(tv) weer terug op Instagram moet komen.
