Het was een complete overval: een projectontwikkelaar wil huizen bouwen in prachtig boerenlandschap tussen de wijk Beinum in Doesburg en de rivier de IJssel.

Een projectontwikkelaar wil huizen bouwen in prachtig boerenlandschap tussen de wijk Beinum en de IJssel.
Het college van burgemeester en wethouders steunt de projectontwikkelaar, terwijl er juist krimp is in woningbehoefte.
De landelijke overheid doet vooral beroep op omringende gemeentes rond de A12.
Doesburg heeft maar weinig grond.
Het is zo'n prettige en fijne omgeving. Vele mensen en dieren genieten ervan. Het is een geliefde plek om te ontspannen.
De landbouwgrond ligt dichtbij Natura 2000-gebied.
Eenmaal bebouwd, krijg je deze prachtige plek nooit meer terug.

De Gemeente Doesburg de steun aan de projectontwikkelaar in te trekken en te kiezen voor behoud van het prachtige boerenlandschap in de Beinum.
