Your petition is not addressed at a government. We do not deal with television content, unless it is about the laws that deal with the task for public television. For example the requirementment to broadcast culture, information, and so on. Broadcasters themselves listen to the ratings. When people stop watching, then they respond. Our site is not to ask for a boycott either because a petition should be directed at some authority, not those who sign it.
There are other websites without rules accepting any kind of petition. Perhaps change.org or petitions24.com.
On Saturday, February 11th, was the broadcast of the final of Objetivo Eurovisión. At the end of the program, Manel and Mirela received both 58 points. Because the Spanish population (which has voted) consists of more than 3 people, I share the view that Mirela is the winner of Objetivo Eurovision.

We, music lovers and fans of Eurovision Song Contest, conclude that the Spanish population has expressed its preference for Mirela. The democratic right says the most votes count. Because the Spanish population is in the majority (in comparison to the 3 jury members), Mirela has the right to represent Spain in the final of Eurovision Song Contest (in Kiev).
