Teachers at ADC would like to feel more appreciated and get higher rates for the classes they teach, especially classes with 9 people or less.

class fees for classes up to 9 people are too low. We are happy with the progressive rates ADC offers from 10 people, but we'd like to earn more for the classes we teach with up to 9 people, especially classes with less than 8 (class fee 30 euro) and less than 4 people (less than 30 euro).
We request ADC evaluates their fees for classes up to 9 people. We think a fee of 45 euro per class would be a good fee. In many gyms the standard fee for 1 hour is 40 euro.
