establish that:

DEMO is a crucial space where emerging creators test and develop ideas, and collaborate exemplified by projects like Project NextUp.
The current DEMO building is set to be demolished, threatening this important hub of innovation.
For new ideas to thrive, DEMO must remain centrally located, as visibility and accessibility are key to engaging the public and supporting the proper testing of new ideas.
