Since there are a lot of weeds and we actually want an outside seating area where we can socialize with the people in the building, we would like to put 2 picnic benches there.

There is a lot of weeds in the middle of the courtyard and nobody maintains it. Also, there is no place where we can sit with a couple of people to socialise.

We would like to get rid of the weeds (and plants) for almost the hole middle section. Just the side we would like to have some plants. Then to tile it and place some picnic tables on it.
