Do something about rubbish in Amsterdam
Over the last few years there has been significant increase in rubbish in the city of Amsterdam (Diemen and Duivendrecht included). One of the main places in this increase are the general rubbish bins (city bins used by public for general rubbish). This is heart breaking for locals and tourists.

Concerned citizens of Amsterdam Metropolitan Area
establish that:
The Metropolitan area of Amsterdam has got a massive issue with rubbish, especially general city rubbish bins. This has coincided with "statiegeld" (bottle/can deposit) introduction. People go through the bins looking for things, leave all the rubbish out and wind/birds spread the rest. This is hearbreaking for locals and tourist, but city seems not do anything about it? No control over the situation, no punishments for people who do this.

Make the city cleaner. Punish people who spread rubbish. Stop city bins from being "vandalised".
